16.00 – cook low-fat meat broth and consume it in the amount of one glass;
17.00 – you are allowed to drink a glass of hot water;
18.00 – again use only hot water;

Cooking method:

  2. Peel the onions and carrots. Rinse the chicken.
  3. Place the poultry, bay leaf and whole vegetables in a saucepan, add water and bring to a boil.

Cooking method:

  1. Peel the banana and kiwi, remove the stems from the strawberries.

Maximum duration of leaving the diet


A liquid diet is allowed to be followed for no more than two weeks. Using this technique, you can lose 5-7 kg in a week, and lose 10-15 kg of excess weight in 14 days.
